Goal Setting

 

Monday one of the most hated days on the planet. It’s important however to have the right perspective on Monday mornings. Monday is the beginning of a brand new “V” week. Look at it from this perspective and perhaps it will energize you!
Goals Setting:
1. It’s important to set S.M.A.R.T goals
a. Specific
b. Measureable
c. Achievable
d. Realistic
e. Time based
Here at the Belize Fit Body Clinic because of our constant obsession with defying the aging process we have a laser beam focus on burning fat and building/toning muscle. A realistic goal would be to lose 1 to 2% body fat per quarter that is every 3 months.
It’s vitally important to write down your goals. A great idea is to tape them to your refrigerator door where you can take a look at it each time you reach for the ice cream!
Then of course you want to think about what you will get from the sacrifices:
• Muscular Toned Sexy Body
• Less Fat
• More Energy
• A surge in motivation to succeed in other areas of your life!
• A reduced risk of heart disease and other nasty ailments
• And of course more SEX! 
Now remind yourself constantly about these benefits!
