Remembering Your Reason “Why”

In any endeavor you undertake including and especially  body transformation its critical to remember and constantly remind yourself of your reason for wanting to do this in the first place. Hence the important of taking time to articulate “your reason why”

Why The Hell Do You Want To Transform Your body?

You would be well-advised to remember this and keep remembering it until you attain that goal and beyond.
It’s safe to say that almost everyone embarks on a body transformation effort in order to attain particular desires and the ones that fail lose sight of that along the way.

Don’t let this happen to you. In fact, let’s make damn sure it doesn’t happen.

Making a Statement
Type up the following statement on a piece of paper and post it somewhere you can read it every single day. Your bathroom mirror is a great place.
I strongly advise against disregarding this. Most people who read this will get lazy and disregard this. You’ll have a tremendous advantage over them by following it to the letter!

WHAT I AM DOING
1. I am accomplishing the following:
Write your body transformation “goal” here. That is, what do you want to accomplish by transforming your body? Get very specific here the subconscious mind does not respond to vague generalities
2. I am doing this because:
Write your underlying reason for wanting to transform your body here. For example: “It will boost my self confidence and self-esteem.”
3. This is important to me because:
Why is that important to you to transform your body? Get into your deeper inner psychology. Really dig. For example: “My parents did not give priority to health and fitness and suffered the consequences whilst still alive and suffered a terrible death ravaged by disease.  This caused me a great deal of pain. I will not let my child suffer that same level of pain!”
4. I am accomplishing this by:
Talk about your body transformation plan of actions here. How many times a week will you workout, what changes will you make in your eating habits and lifestyle choices? Overshoot your goal so if you don’t catch Johnny your catch his shirt!

I will say again: skip this  at your own peril!
I don’t care how stupid or silly it seems to you. DO IT.
This can mean the difference between success and failure. It’s so easy to lose track of what we’re trying to accomplish and why. Once we do, we lose clarity and focus. When you lose clarity and focus, you’re moving about hither and thither and rapidly heading …
NOWHERE.
