FYI-  The plan below is an example if you are exercising in the evening, but can easily be tweaked if you work out in the morning. Again, your plan is VERY flexible. (Oh yeah, and there will be 4 cheat days per month!)

SAMPLE MENU 

Wake:

1 serving “secret” food

2 cups coffee or 200mg caffeine (optional)


Meal 1

2-3 eggs, any style

2 strips Applewood smoked bacon (no nitrites)

1/2 cup blueberries


Snack (optional)

1/2 cup full fat ricotta cheese with 1/2 cup raspberries and 1 tablespoon chopped pecans


Meal 2

Salad made with 4 ounces water-packed tuna, 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped green onions topped with 2 tablespoons custom Italian dressing

Snack (optional)

20 almonds

30 mins Pre-Workout:

1 serving “secret” food

Meal 3

1 organic grass fed beef burger, lettuce wrapped

3/4 cup roasted cauliflower and broccoli florets

2-3 cups home made cole slaw
